This is a Hasegawa kit AH-1S Cobra, 1/72nd scale. It's the Japeanese version, but I added US Marine decals to make it an early version AH-1S. The Kit itself is quite good, with all parts fitting very very well. My only regret here is that I didnt take more photos of the model in its contstruction stage. 
Here I have the two halves put together and checking the seam lines with gray primer. 
Here is the completed model with the primer paint on. The decals have already been applied at this time.
